1. Login to your account in client area at LibyanSpider.com
  2. Click on " View " Number of Products/services .

 

 

 

3.  List of all product/service you have registered will appear. Choose the product/service that you want to upgrade it,

and then click "View details".

 

 

 

4.  Choose " Upgrade/Downgrade Package " from list of Management Actions .

 

 

 

5.  List of all product/service (hosting package) will appear. Choose product/service (package) you want to upgrade

your current package by click " Choose Product ".

 

 

6.  Upgrade price will appear, its calculated from a credit of the unused portion of the current plan and billing of the new

plan for the same period (365 Days), click " Click to continue " Then we will receive Upgrade order and we will accepted

once you pay the Invoice.
